The weather outside may be chilly, but thankfully, there are plenty of fun things to do around Lincoln to keep your winter months lively. We鈥檝e got you covered with a list of warm indoor activities and鈥 鈥斺 for those who don鈥檛 mind throwing on some extra layers 鈥娾 鈥奺ven some outdoor activities, too.
See a Musical, Movie and More!
If summer is for farmers鈥 markets, First Friday walks and outdoor concerts, then winter is for indoor performances and movies. Head to UNL鈥檚 for free skate nights and cosmic skate nights! Whether you鈥檙e a seasoned pro on the ice or inching your way along the side wall, grab some friends and have some fun!

They range from the less challenging (Lincoln has a plethora of parks and hills ripe for sledding and strolling) to the more physically demanding (with opportunities for snowshoeing and cross-country skiing).

Whether you are window shopping, gathering inspiration, collecting knick-knacks or finding the perfect new outfit for class, take a peek at Lincoln's own shops.
